I bought a pair of boots from this company in November 2018 on sale.
Long story short, they sold me something they didn't have, and had no way of getting. Their representative told me several times that they were awaiting new inventory that was almost there.
After several months of delays, during which they gave me no fewer than 4 different ship dates, I tried to get a refund. Haven't heard back from them since.
