I emailed customer service about my order - I needed it the next day and had ordered before from you very recently so you shouldn't have to contact my eye provider again. I wanted to make sure I would receive the order in time or I wanted it cancelled. Never heard back from anybody in customer service. I had shipped the contacts to a hotel where we were and they didn't arrive until we had already left the hotel so I never received them.
