The contacts I was sent did not fit in my eye and were wildly uncomfortable. I contacted customer service and let them know the contacts weren't usable because the diameter of the lens was off, and they basically said because the contacts weren't damaged that it was my problem and they wouldn't process a refund. They consulted my optometrist, and should've had the right prescription for my lenses prior to send. Would not recommend purchasing this product!!!
