Absolutely awful customer services.they lost my parcel and awaited me contacting them for them to realise my parcel hadn’t been received.I requested a gesture and was told they could re-dispatch my order as a good will gesture which it is not.They believe a gesture of good will is them completing the service you paid them for.Advisors do not know their brains from a hole in the ground.Company is full of morons and how this company is still going is beyond me.
