We hired them to install a splashback, they did it and a few hours later the glass start to show a small crack (even before we try to put things back in the kitchen, probably caused when they reinstall a plug). When we sent them photos they offer us a "solution", basically to buy again the panel (£500) and also a service to uninstall the cracked glass for "just" £120.....If you are brave enough to hire them, buy a magnifier to check their job (my mistake, I just trust them).
