Everything went well with the installation and we are very pleased with it. The finish, lack of noisy rain sound etc exceeded our expectations. We only have one complaint and that is the paperwork ie elec spec/ building regs have never been received by us despite several requests. Can you please confirm this and send this paperwork on. ..... Peter
