Very happy with the two men who came and did the work. They were helpful and one of them even drove back to pick up a missing part in order to complete the work. Our new insulated roof has totally transformed our old conservatory . The men cleared all the rubbish away! We were told it would take 1.5 days and it was finished within one day. Normally I would have been delighted with this but it had its draw back I am sad to say and others need to be aware of this. We were not entitled to a discount because we don't have online banking and couldn't pay on the day of completion to gain this offer. I had planned to go to the bank the following morning which I was told would be the day of completion to pay in order to get a discount. We felt disappointed and treated unfairly by the Manager who I tried to explain the situation to the next morning and he was not at all understanding or flexible regarding the situation. It was not our fault the work took less time than we were told.
