After an initial unhelpful dialogue with the company the issues were resolved and we now have a fine new hip-roofed kitchen extension roof. This is beautiful and has almost eliminated draughts caused by the previous leaking flat polycarbonate roof and ill-fitting doors. The extension is much cooler in summer and quieter when raining or hailing.
All in all we are very pleased with the new roof.
