We had a leak!! After months of phone calls and emails we finally got it repaired. We were told on several occasions that we would get compensation for all the stress and upset that was caused, again have sent letters and emails regarding this and have had no response. When the work was done we were left with black marks on our new conservatory blinds and black bootmarks on our carpet. Workman had no consideration or respect for our property.
The 10 year guarantee is not worth the paper it is written on. Be aware this company is ok on the surface but when you dig deeper absolutely useless and as for customer service department, there isn't one. GOOD LUCK
