initially i made an online inquiry to get an idea of cost, within minutes i received a phone call from a very pleasant member of their marketing staff from their Wolverhampton office by the name of Stuart, he was very helpful and provided me with detailed answers to my questions, even went off topic and just had a genuine conversation, very knowledgeable and pleasant, suggested that a professional consultation would be greatly beneficial as the adviser could provide estimates on site. The adviser came over and went through all the different options we have available, including showing us all the relevant materials used in the process, explaining what each material does. i was very pleased with the non pushy service, i felt the visit answered all of my questions and more! i would highly recommend this company, very good value for money and pleasant all the way through into the installation, i have been extremely happy with this company so thank you! :)
