Starting with the sales person. Very efficient explained most things really well. Only 1 criticism I was informed that the windows that had blown would be replaced as part of the total cost & to speak to the engineer when he arrived. When they arrived, this was denied, & I was informed I would have to pay extra. Apart from that I am fully satisfied.
