Initial contact with sales staff was positive, the sales representative was not "Pushy", he gave us the facts about a replacement conservatory roof and its benefits and left us to decide.
We went ahead with replacing the glass roof with a solid one with UPVC ceiling.
The product was fitted in one day and all installation staff were mindful of cleaning up as they went.
Not the cheapest on the market, but in this instance worth every penny, I would seriously recommend them.
