Not being from an IT background, I had my work cut out to get through the content of the six-day CCNA course. Joe's deep understanding of networking alongside his thorough and upbeat teaching style made for very enjoyable learning. He made sure that each student was up to speed every step of the way while 'labbing' on an individual set of networking hardware. I would and already have highly recommended Commsupport to anyone looking for network-based training.
