I like to have instructor led class because usually dull videos do not work for me. I met Joe in corridor and he took me inside and shoved me training room full of students and equipment on racks, meaning that everyone had his own lab to work on. Later after course I did use it from home. I've signed for course the same week. If I want to learn I need someone who knows Cisco as breathing. I totally agree with rest of the "students" that Joe knows it all and it hardly get better than that. Material which comes with course is extensive, including tea and coffee during the class. Joe is even providing post classes and webinars for his students. Once you attend you're always invited and welcomed. I can only recommend it’s worth it.
