I went on the online CCNP course Commsupport provided. I found Joe to be an excellent trainer, who emphasised from the outset that he expected "audience participation" and this wasn't going to be us just listening to him.
The explanations and demonstrations were always clear and easy to follow, and Joe was willing to recap over an area if people were struggling. It was also nice to see that he was willing to help people with their GNS3 set-ups and provided lots of advice and guidance throughout.
