Brilliant learning atmosphere!! For my resettlement from the Army, I had researched many institutes for my CCNA course and found that Commsupport was the closest one to my hometown. They offered very competitive prices so even with my ELC credits and my resettlement fund, I ended up paying very little. Commsupport were very helpful from the start. Anthony was very informative regarding what to expect and how prepared you should be when you attend. He was very comfortable in helping me understand the process for using my ELC credits, providing me with information about the course location and offering different choices for where to stay closer to the course location. Joe is very easy going and uses easy to understand teaching methods. He keeps the atmosphere light in the classroom and has a wealth of knowledge in what he teaches. The setup of the classroom is excellent because every student has their own equipment to work through the labs which means you learn at your own pace and you have the opportunity to continue to learn at home after the end of the day because Joe has allowed remote access to his equipment. Even after you've completed the course, Joe will invite you back to continue to learn or goes through different modules of the CCNA with his online evening courses. With this and the lab workbooks given to you to take home is a great way to prepare for the exam because you can focus on whatever you didn't understand in the classroom.
