I've been on a few courses with Commsupport both in class and online and I have to say this is by far the best training provider I have ever used. Be prepared for long days, homework, tough troubleshooting sessions (borderline evil!) and fun all rolled into one course. You'll deal with real world scenarios from a trainer that works in the real world and out of the many different IT courses I've done with other providers, those I've done with Commsupport have left me with the greatest understanding of the course material.
