A truly customisable CRM for a micro business - This system is truly dynamic with so many functions I now wonder how we managed with out it ! I ahve been looking for a solution for our business for years - even contemplated building our own. I needed a system I could adapt to support our processes and workflow. CompanyHub is the best and such great value - I am only using a part of it but we have been able to set up all our suppliers, enquiries, prospects, clients, companies that we deal with as well as set up a table for all our surveys and use the deal pipeline for sales and for the works. This is truly an amazing system with the benefit of an email handling capacity with shareable templates and ability to add notes, tasks, meetings to a contact. To set reminders and even to automate tasks. I have not delved into the reporting function yet - but it also looks really adaptable to your business. There is also a Quotes/Sales Order option but I use Xero so wont be using this part. I cannot recommend this system highly enough - and the live chat support from India has been second to none. Wish I had found this years ago.
