I used this company to book a Meet and Greet service at Heathrow at the end of Aug 2022. When I read the booking confirmation email, was surprised to find that I would need to be paying extra for the Heathrow car park at drop off and pick up, this was not stated when I was looking through options. I ended up waiting for the driver to turn up both times, was running late for the flight. When returning sat at the airport for 40 min waiting for my Meet and Greet service to bring my car back to me, again despite me calling ahead. The worst part is that the car has been returned with over £2000 damages, right hand side of the car has been badly scratched and a footstep damaged. The company is ignoring my emails, does not answer the phone. Once I got through on the phone, they took my information, and never called me back. I am suspecting I may never see this sorted out. Stay away.
