Resolver had a data breach in January 2024. They confirmed to me that the information has simply been lost.
They refused to cover the out of expenses costs, credit reports, telephone calls etc.
The incident was that serious they had to report to the information commissioner office.
When I raised a complaint about resolver they blocked and banned my account. They accused me of being threating by email. All I said was I will pursue this via the courts.
