I had an issue with Spotify over the cancellation of account and Direct Debits that continue to be taken. They keep sending messages from Spotify asking for a Merchant Number that I have never been provided with. All I want to do is stop this DD and it seems that they are in league with Spotify and have made a simple request into a nightmare
