Ordering OK, but no delivery and no possibility of getting through to anyone to speak to unless you wait... and wait... and wait.
Eventually got through and on 3 occasions was told 3 separate things, all wrong, on one call I was told my items had been despatched and delivered (wrong) on the next that they had to reprint the 'ticket' in the warehouse.
Emails go unresponded to, phone calls are hopeless.
Only order from here if you have unlimited time available to chase them up to deliver what you have ordered and paid for.
Totally hopeless.
