Absolutely appalling. I ordered tape on the 29th December. It never arrived. Chased it and Complete Care (not) said they would refund on 10th January which was not true. I complained again several times and at last postage only reimbursed on the 18th January. Still no refund for goods not delivered. Very poor customer service. Never again.
