I have used completecareshop before and always been very happy with it, However on 19th October i ordered a Royale extra wide commode for my son and was told i would have it in the next few days. It never arrived and on emailing was told they were relocating their warehouse and there was a slight delay, then today on the 28th October i contacted again to be told it was out of stock and not available so did i want to choose an alternative. I refused and asked for the money to be put back on my card and hopefully will get that within the next 48 hours so i can get one at a more reliable shop. Needless to say that is the end of completecareshop for me in the future The annoying part about it is it is still showing as in stock and ready to go and the other annoying part is the warehouse relocation story.
