My order arrived very quickly despite the fact that the box in which the four sticks were packed had one end torn off completely and been repaired with white plastic. There was no guidance sheet on assembling the sticks, but on inspection there were instructions on the sticks themselves so setting up two of them was not a problem even with arthritic hands. I haven't had time to practice with them yet but assume it follows the principle of marching. The brief period of standing with them relieved back ache very satisfactually. I look forward to longer practice!
