I ordered a maternity support belt on 24 Jan and did not hear or receive anything by 4th Feb (11 days). I had to call to find out that they had only just received it in their warehouse and it would be dispatched soon. It would be nice to have been notified how long the order could take else I would have ordered elsewhere. Not impressed and won't use the service again
