Twice we have ordered and not received all the items. The first time it took us four months to get the rest of our order. This time we cannot even get in touch we have telephoned 6 times only to ge hold message and then cut off after 15 minutes. No response to emails. We are desperate now as we have no more money to replace the items needed for my husbands care.
