I have just started on the road that other reviewers on this page have followed.
I ADVISE NOT TO GET INVOLVED. I have already not been able to get a response. £999, 95 paid for a wheel chair for my mum on 29th March 19, and NO response via any of their communication channels. And she is near end of life stage so wheel chair was intended to ease her last few weeks months.
If you are involved move immediately to the process advised by Citizens Advice Consumer advice ( online or phone help line). They are brilliant and can help you resolve your issue. I have just posted my recorded delivery letter to start my own bloody process! Good luck peeps
