A hopeless experience. Order placed and money taken on 25.04.19. Sent 1st email 06.05.19. Reply next day saying they would investigate. No more action. 2nd email 12.05.19 asking for urgent information. No response. Tel call 22.05.19. Told that 1 minor item out of 6 was out of stock. They usually hold back the whole order if one item is out of stock but why don't they inform the customer?! I asked for my money back. This may take up to 10 days! Let's hope so. This would have zero stars if I didn't have to click on one to activate the reply.
