Waited a month for my item, fobbed off with excuses. Could no longer get through by phone. Only when I wrote a negative review on Trust Pilot did someone call me and promise to get it sorted - two weeks later, no item, no further correspondence.
Emailed them requesting immediate refund - no response. This company is a joke and I'll be in touch with trading standards and citizens advice bureau if I've heard nothing by end of week.
