I wish I'd read the reviews before I ordered dressing aids for my husband. Ordered 16th June, money debited from credit card 17th June no goods received.
Same experience as others - no response to emails, not able to contact by phone as keep getting cut off despite the message telling me to continue to hold and someone would help me. It's totally disgraceful.
If complete care respond with the same message as I see others have got below their review, I will be furious.
Just deal with the emails already sent !
