1. despite renewing my cover I subsequently received 2 phonecalls from agents asking if I wished to renew.
2. received an email referring to my motor insurance when in fact it was home insurance.
3. received documents in post to completely the wrong address (just : 'high street', and neighbouring town, not our village) - luckily postman recognised our name.
