I would have put excellent only for the fact that it took longer than normal but I think that was due to the Christmas period. My request was not run-of-the-mill and it took some effort for CCG to resolve it for me. Having said that, the effort they put into this on my behalf was second to none. I feel I can trust them and will come back to them in future for different insurances. Their contact staff are personable and respectful and genuinely want to help... however difficult an individual case might be. Thank you.
