This is the worst online shopping I have ever had.
I received a computer case without any accessories such as PCI-E riser, manual, screws and etc.
I tried to communicate with support via email, but. without any success.
After a few days of waiting, I started to call to support.
I was asked to send an email with a list of missed parts(it was sent).
After two weeks of callings, they asked me to fill the statutory declaration and I did it.
For now(12.03.2020), nothing had been changing. I have been calling them(endless waiting loop) every week and have been continuing to receive the same answer: we need a few more days to solve your problem.
More than a month passed after my first email and my computer case is just a brick and I can't use it.
it looks like they are just pulling time and do nothing.
Few hours after this review had posted I received an email fro CU with offer refunding. I accept it but, for now (23.03.2020) I have received no money.
