What an absolute bunch of clowns. Ordered some cases November 2021, which were incredibly sub-standard and simply fell apart. I sent photos, and requested a refund, and the communication has been very slow. I have needed to chase them every step of the way. On 25 January 2021 They asked for the size and weight of the package, which I told them on 26 January. I chased them on 16 March for an update. Heard nothing until today (17 May), when they suggest that they sent me an email, asking me if I had a printer, (which they absolutely didn't send). They are now suggesting that due to the length of time, they can now no longer issue a refund CLOWNS CLOWNS CLOWNS.
