Having a major problem with this company. No communication and no response to problems with fridge freezer. The delivery time came and went and arrived very late. On opening the packaging, saw a huge scratch so took pictures and videos and sent to them. Poor response. This was in December 2021. My fridge freezer has now stopped working and I have lost all of my food purchases. I have tried every day to contact them by telephone, message and email and heard NOTHING I am now taking this further as need a full refund and compensation...... Not happy at all.....
