The experience was exactly what I had hoped for. This is my second purchase from this store. I needed a lot of information about modern dishwashers. I haven't bought one in over twenty years. The salesperson was friendly and knowledgeable about all of the brands. He gave me plenty of time to figure out which one would be best for our kitchen. Closing the sale was simple, and he set clear expectations for what would happen on delivery day. I am relieved that it was sooner than I expected.
