Would give -100 stars if I could! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I've been waiting for my refund for an order I returned for over 2 months ago. I've send them endless emails to which there is no resolution, no replies and my emails are also getting ignored. I tried calling their store multiple times and of course no one picks up the phone. Absolutely appalling service!!! Currently I have send 6 emails chasing my refund to which I have not received a response since their last email on 26 July confirming they finally FOUND my return - only a month a half since I've sent it and it was delivered to them. If you are thinking to order something from them, PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM unless you want a horrible service and to be left out of pocket!!!!!
