Ordered something that had an expected delivery of a few days. Checking the order status regularly and the delivery date kept going up. Decided to cancel the order as what I needed it for had long gone, got a confirmation email saying cancelation request was received and accepted. Nothing happened for another week, no refund or communication. Tried ringing but got nowhere, emailed them and I got a response, customer service accepted no responsibility for anything and said it was in fact my fault for not checking the estimated delivery even though I had done exactly that several times. They said their standard delivery can take up to 10 days and I should be patient and the cancelation request was now rejected. I replied saying I ordered the item over 30 days ago so it was well out of their standard delivery date but they said the same thing still not accepting any responsibility. Heard nothing and them the item got delivered over a month after ordering, needless to say it will be getting returned for a refund and I’ll never use the shambles of a shop again.
