Not a great experience and won't be using again or recommending to anyone. Very late delivery and bad customer service. When the order was about 25 days late I contacted customer service and they said standard delivery was 5-10 days and I should be patient even though it was already way over their standard 5-10 day delivery. Customer service then implied it was my fault for not checking the order status, even though I had several times. I then tried to cancel the order as it was so late but this got rejected and then miraculously the order turned up a few days later. Didn't apologise or accept any responsibility for the late delivery and things only seemed to get moving when I cancelled the order.
