I ordered some glasses form Comwales on 8th August, and they were due to be delivered 'within 5 days'. Now, a month and a half later they have still not arrived. I have sent numerous emails to Comwales. They hide their phone number, adn never answer the phone. They never give a name in any email reply. They take over 5 days to reply to emails, and often never reply. They todl me they then stopped the order and are due to refund me. That was two weeks ago and they have still not refunded me. I am reporting this company. It should be called CON wales.
