Initially communications was excellent. Then when paying for ‘Next day delivery’ and confirmation of delivery on that day sent (although “before 18:00” is unhelpful) the package was not sent out until the second day. No FedEx apology given and no tracking path beyond the origination depot shown.
FedEx told me I should claim via ComWales which I did over a week ago. No acknowledgement or response has been made.
I look forward to hearing from ComWales soon.
