Delivery estimate when order placed was 7-10 days.
Actual delivery approx 3O days.
After the 10 days passed I emailed the customer service. No response.
Found a customer helpline phone number via an internet search. Voicemail (Welsh and English) told me I was in a queue, but my call was then sent to a discontinued mailbox. When my online query was eventually answered, I was told there is no customer telephone helpline... in which case they need to find and remove the one that can be found online
I was then told that the Cornwallis would have to reorder the items, and that I might then receive 2 deliveries. After approx 30 days, the items were delivered (Just the one delivery).
It appears that the company was waiting for the items to be imported.
Their business methods allow them to offer low prices, but their poor reviews from dissatisfied customers suggest that over-promising on delivery dates is a huge weakness.
As everything is done on-line, it should be possible for customers to be emailed automatically when deliveries are running late.
I would never recommend purchasing items that had to be received within the promised 10-day delivery timescale.
