Worst online retail experience I have ever had!! Ordered a Neff item from them in Nov-2022 which never arrived. Over 6 months later I am still trying to get my money back from them, which is impossible given they never reply to emails and you cannot phone them. Civil Claim now pending. Avoid this scam of a company at all costs!!
