I can tell you what made me unhappy, the package you sent me looked well wrapped and undamaged but the actual box that housed the blender looked as if had been kicked around the warehouse, the instruction leaflet was crumpled and stuffed inside, this has without doubt been opened before, whether the blender has been used and returned i would not know, i checked the blender and could not see any signs of use and it seems to function ok but it has left me with a niggling doubt if this is a brand new item or a customer return.
