Com wales excellent customer service when I called. Friendly, informative couldn't ask for better.
The delivery company not so hot, didn't respond to an email to redeliver On a different date. Left my item with a local shop, was ok, but would not choose this. Didn't know the owners, now have to buy them chocolates as a thank you. (although may aid neighbour relations in the long term! )
