very disappointed I have been told 3 times my order is on its way, the last one said "Hello, Your order has been picked and packed and passed to the carrier and will be with you shortly. Our standard delivery time at the moment is 3 to 10 working days and today is the 5th since order so I would expect you to take delivery by mid next week. We have passed on your email to the carriers and they will contact you with a delivery appointment" lies all lies, its Thursday nothing delivered or any contact from so-called carriers, this lot is as bad as it gets, they didn't even reply to 3 emails I sent, I only gave them 1 star because 0 is not an option.....update; just been reading the feedback for conwales and now realise I made a BIG mistake buying from them, I have in light of their feedback put in a PayPal dispute. update; 14/08/2020, message to comwales, As you have not yet sent my order can I have a FULL refund as soon as possible.15/08/2020, message to comwales, As you have not yet sent my order can I have a FULL refund as soon as possible.
