First time I’ve used Con-fused, after calling to book a
Same day appointment I revived a text confirming my booking had been allocated and confirming the time I could expect them the attend.
The engineer called once on route, when he arrived he was very polite and professional.
Done a great job, explaining what his doing and what caused the issue.
Left site clean and tidy.
Also has a card machine so can pay by card.
