Bought a product, when arrived was well packaged but box had been dented. The main product I had ordered ( Clearasil perfectawash refill system) the wash refills were out of date, I contacted Concord and they took four days to respond. They did say we could return product for refund. Not sure if I would use again, maybe for products without a best before date.
