I wanted the choice of not having my policy automatically renewed. I wanted to check out the competition and choose who I went with, which could still have been with the same service. I had the choice of ringing, which I didn't want to do, and there was live chat, which I thought was the best of two evils so to speak. I was really please with the service I received from Emily ER5. She asked questions, and I felt to be understood over what I wanted. Then she checked the prices for me and got the same cover a good bit cheaper.
